In 2011 Rick Magley, as Principal and Project leader for HHI Design, completed the design for a high end mixed use development on 32 acres in southeast Orlando. The development was fashioned after the Tuscany region of Italy, and included cobble streets, marble paving, numerous fountains and eating spaces requiring a very high level of design. The project design was completed in 2007/2008 but is presently on hold pending improvements in the economy. A tentative 2014 has been discussed as a possible construction date, but has not been formalized.
