In 2002, as Principal for HHI Design, Rick Magley was tasked with master planning an 1,100 acre park in Jacksonville to include a large equestrian facility, natatorium, football/soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, equestrian trails, basketball courts, velodrome, skate park, tennis facility, archery range, walking trails, and open space for a potential County Fugh the community, Better Jax, the mayor and staff Phase I of the project was implemented. It included an Equestrian Facility, a four-plex of baseball fields, and natatorium.
